Your scan is done · Here's the next step
Let's turn that score around.
Looks like you'd like to do something about your email DNS records. Good call. The first step is a short conversation with one of our specialists, so we understand how your business uses email before we touch anything.

Where we take you
SPF
● Missing or incomplete
● Every real sender listed
DKIM
● Not signing your mail
● Every message sealed
DMARC
● Watching, or nothing at all
● Fakes blocked at the door

The good news first

A low score is common, and it's rarely a big project. Fixing broken email records is usually simple and straightforward. The careful part is making sure every service that sends email for you is on the list, so your real email keeps flowing while the fake stuff gets shut out.

That's why we start by talking, not by changing records. A few minutes of conversation now saves a "why didn't my invoices go out?" phone call later.

How it works

1
Book a short call
Pick a time that works. We'll talk about your business, how you use email, and what your scan turned up.
2
We fix your records
If it's a good fit, we onboard you with EasyDMARC through NetWerks and correct your records as part of setup.
3
Lock it down and keep watch
We move you from "watching" to "blocking" fakes at a safe pace, then keep an eye on the reports.
Helpful to have ready
Not required. Figuring this out is part of our job. But it makes the call go faster.
Your email provider
Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or something else.
Other senders
Newsletter tools, invoicing software, your website's contact form, a CRM, and so on.
Where your domain lives
GoDaddy, Network Solutions, or whoever manages it for you.

Common questions

Will fixing this break my email?
Not the way we do it. We start by watching, not blocking. The reports show us every service sending as you, so we can make sure each real one is approved before we turn on any blocking.
Do I have to switch email providers?
Usually not. These records work with most email services. The exception is email that came bundled with your website hosting. Those mail servers are shared by many businesses. If one of those sites gets hacked, often through a website contact form, the whole server can land on a spam blacklist. Then your email gets blocked too, even though you did nothing wrong.
If that's your setup, we'll talk about it on the call. Moving is often easier than people expect. Many businesses already pay for Microsoft 365 and just aren't using its email yet. In that case, the switch can be as simple as proving to Microsoft that you own your domain and pointing your mail records to it.
What about BIMI and getting my logo in the inbox?
We can talk about it on the call. For most businesses it isn't needed, and it carries a yearly certificate cost. It only works once SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are set up and enforcing, so we always handle those first.
Who will I be talking to?
A NetWerks specialist, not a call center. We're a small, veteran-owned team in Agawam, and the person you talk to is the person who'll be working on your account.
